Site Overview

Your Site Overview offers a comprehensive suite of tools and settings to monitor and enhance your website's performance. Here, you can track visitor engagement, review site statistics, manage form responses, utilize SEO tools and more.

Accessing Site Overview

You can access your site overview by using the dedicated Overview button on your project dashboard.

Site Overview

The Site Overview screen provides essential details about your website, including:

  • Site ID
  • Publish Status
  • URL Associated With The Site
  • Creation Date

You can quickly edit your site using the orange "Edit" button or preview it with the "Preview" button.

Additionally, the site overview screen offers a snapshot of your site visits and engagement by device. You can adjust the timeframe to view data from yesterday, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days. For more detailed statistics, click the "Open Full Stats" button to access a comprehensive site statistics page. For further information, refer to our Site Stats documentation here.

Form Responses

The Form Responses section offers a summary of all submitted form messages. If your site features multiple forms on different pages, you can use the dropdown menu to choose which form's responses you want to view.

Additionally, you can export the selected form responses to a single CSV file by clicking the "Export to CSV" button located at the top right.

By clicking the "Manage Responses" button at the bottom right, you can access a new screen to view and manage all of your form submissions at once. This interface allows you to delete form responses or copy their content.

SEO

You can access the SEO tab from the left sidebar. This section allows you to manage Page SEO and Image Alt Text for the site.

Page SEO

The Page SEO screen allows you to quickly manage the meta tags for all of your site pages. You can use the purple "Generate Meta Tags" button at the top right of the screen to automatically generate meta tags using AI Assistant. This feature allows you to generate meta tags selectively for pages that are missing them or for all pages across the site. To push the new meta tags live, you will need to republish the site.

Image Alt Text

The Image Alt Text tab opens Alt Text Manager, where you can see the alt text for all site images and icons across your site, including those that are missing alt text. You can use the purple "Generate Alt Text" button at the top right of the screen to automatically generate alt text using AI Assistant. This feature allows you to generate alt text for all images/icons across the site or selectively for images/icons that are missing it.
