AI Assistant: SEO & Business Text

AI Assistant is an Artificial Intelligence tool that has been integrated into the Wocode builder to assist in various tasks of site building. Harnessing the power of AI can make building sites faster, simpler, funner and more useful for the end user.

This document focuses on the AI Assistant built into the SEO Settings and Business Text. When high quality content is used in these cases, there is potential to improve search performance and even improve the ability of your business to find the right audience.

Business Profile

The first time you use any of the AI Assistant options, a popup window will appear on the bottom of the screen where you will enter your business details. These details will be used to create a profile that AI Assistant can use for all AI Assistant tools throughout the builder.

If you wish to update your business profile in the future, open any AI options panel and use the Edit Business Profile button on the bottom left of the window.

Business Text

AI can be used to help you write engaging business content for your site. To access these AI tools, navigate to Content > Business Text.

Here you will be greeted with the familiar About Us, Company Overview, and Business Services sections. Using the new AI button on each of these text fields, you can take advantage of AI assistance in creating new titles or paragraphs.

SEO Settings

AI can be used to help you write engaging SEO content for each page. To access the AI tools for SEO, navigate to the SEO settings for any page of the site: Pages > Gear Icon > SEO.

From the SEO panel for the page, you can then use the purple Generate SEO Tags AI assistant button to generate a new page title and page description.

Automatically Generate Tags For All Pages

You can use the AI Assistant to automatically generate SEO tags for all pages in a single click. To access this feature, open your SEO panel for any page, then click the All Pages SEO button that is located to the left of the purple Generate SEO Tags button.

From the Page SEO screen, clicking on the purple Generate SEO Tags button will open additional options:

• Generate Missing Tags Only: This will generate SEO tags only for pages that don't yet have any tags.
• Generate Tags for All Pages: This generates tags for all pages. If a page already has SEO tags, this will regenerate new tags for those as well.

Once tags are generated, you will be able to review the generated tags for each page. You can manually edit the generated title and description for each page. The check boxes next to each page allow you to select/deselect each page you wish to apply the new SEO tags to.

When finished reviewing and finalizing the tags, click the red Next button followed by the red Save Meta Tags to save the new tags.

Multi-Language SEO

You can use the AI Assistant to automatically generate SEO tags for all multi-language sites as well. To access this feature, open your SEO panel for any page, then click the All Pages SEO button that is located to the left of the purple Generate SEO Tags button.

From the Page SEO screen, click the 3 dots to open the Site Pages menu. Select the Edit Other Languages option from the dropdown.

Using the language dropdown, you can now select which specific language on your site you want to update the SEO for.

Deleting AI SEO Tags

You can also delete AI SEO-generated tags after they've been added to a page by either deleting them for specific pages, or by mass-deleting them from all pages at once.

To do this, click the 3 dots icon for any page, and click Clear Existing Tags to delete the tags for that page. Alternatively, you can use the 3 dots on the top of the page list and click Clear Tags From All Pages to delete the tags from every page at once.
