The notification center is where you will see notifications and reminders for various billing-related activities on your account dashboard.

HOW TO ACCESS THENOTIFICATION CENTER

To access the notification center from the dashboard, use the bell icon that is located next to the hamburger menu on the right side of the top menu.

TYPES OF NOTIFICATIONS

Currently, there are four types of notifications that will be presented in the notification center.

  • Card Expiration
  • Upcoming Renewal
  • Payment Complete
  • Payment Failed

Card Expiration: 

This notification comes when the user's current card is set to expire within the next month. The user will be notified to update their card, which can be done from within the Subscriptions page of the dashboard (see our Update Billing Information doc for more information on updating payment methods).

Upcoming Renewal: 

This notification comes 7 days before a user's subscription is scheduled to create a new invoice, which is then automatically charged.

Payment Complete: 

This notification comes whenever an invoice payment attempt has successfully been made, or an invoice has been paid (automatically or manually).

Payment Failed:  

This notification comes whenever an invoice payment attempt fails.

DELETING NOTIFICATIONS

Notification items can be manually deleted using the trash can icon. This action cannot be undone. Notifications older than 30 days will be automatically deleted.
