Chargebacks and Credit Card Disputes

Chargebacks occur when a dispute of a payment is made to your credit card issuer, resulting in a payment reversal. If you have questions regarding a charge, please contact us at sales@wocode.com before filing a dispute with your bank. Contacting us can prevent unnecessary service disruptions such as websites being taken offline or paused memberships.

When a chargeback occurs for a subscription payment on your Without Code account, you will receive a notification from our billing department, and any access related to that subscription will be disabled until we hear back from you. Chargebacks for Without Code services may result in:

  • Website hosting: the website will be taken offline and the auto-rebill cancelled.
  • Membership: access will be paused and any associated hosted sites (for bundle and
    reseller plans) will be unpublished
  • Email plans: access to the email system for that domain will be disabled
  • Media Drive: access to the drive will be disabled

If a dispute is made by mistake, please contact your bank to reverse it and then let us know so that we may reinstate access once the dispute is reversed.

If access is reinstated, and the dispute is later found to be not reversed, a new subscription purchase will be required to continue service.
