Transferring a Site or Subscription
Site Transfer
We can transfer existing unpublished sites from one account to another, however, site transfers can only be made between team members that have been added to the project.
To transfer a site, locate the relevant site and click the gear icon.
Locate the team member section and add the other wocode user you wish to transfer the site to as a team member using the + Add Team Member option. Then in the new window enter the username for the other wocode member.
After the team member has been added you can use the gear icon and select Transfer Project.
From the pop-up click the orange Request Transfer button.
If you need to transfer a site out of Without Code please send us an email with your username and the relevant site ID. We reserve the right to charge a transfer fee; please visit our Terms of Use for more information.
Note: published sites can’t be transferred, as the billing information can’t be transferred for security reasons. Simply unpublish the site and you will be able to transfer this. If you have a question about a published site, send us an email – sales@wocode.com.
Subscription Transfer
We can’t transfer subscriptions from one site to another; each individual subscription is tied to a specific site so ensure you are purchasing the correct subscription type for that site. If you would like to unpublish an existing site and publish a new one, simply cancel your existing subscription and purchase a new one on the correct site.
