Why are the wrong categories displaying?
To update these, remove the ecommerce navigation, republish, and revert to a site backup that includes the proper navigation.
What is the max number of categories/subcategories allowed?
A max of 100 categories and subcategories total can be displayed. Anything over won’t display.
How do I create shipping labels?
You can use an app to create shipping labels. Visit the app section within your store.
Why are my customers being taken to a different URL when they checkout?
This is likely because your site is using an unsecure HTTP connection. The checkout page will automatically redirect customers to a site protected by SSL. Read our Generating an SSL Certificate doc.

Can I limit the number of times my digital product download link can be used?
Yes, in your store click “General,” “Cart & Checkout” and scroll down to the e-goods area. Read our Digital Products doc for more info.
Can I set a minimum purchase quantity for a product?
No, however, you can add a minimum/maximum order total. To set this, open your store, click “Settings” and “Cart & Checkout.” Define the minimum/maximum order subtotal.
You can also explore Purchase Quantity apps in the app store if you do need to set a minimum purchase quantity.
Can I request additional information from a customer at checkout besides the standard information?
Yes, you can achieve this by adding custom labels. Read our Store Customization doc for more info.
Can I add multiple options for each product?
Yes, in your store click “Catalog” and “Products.” Under the “Options” you can set this. Read our Product Options doc for more info.
Why are invoice and order confirmation emails written in a different language?
The store owner will see invoices and confirmation emails in the language the store dashboard is set to, while a customer will see invoices and emails in the same language if their browser is set to the store language. For more information, read our Multilingual Store doc.
Why am I not receiving any emails from the store?
Your email address may be entered incorrectly. In your store, click “Settings,” “Mail” and “Mail Settings.” Locate the email address and select “Change.” Read our Email Notifications doc for more info.
Can I set discounts on products?
