Ecommerce: Reports and Stats

You can gain insight into your store data using the reports and stats features. Reports and stats can show you a variety of information, including where customers are based, what products are the most popular and how sales/offers are performing.

Basic Reports and Sales Stats

To get these metrics:

  1. Select the Ecommerce tab from the left menu and open your store.
  2. Select “Reports.”
  3. Under the free advanced statistics section click “View App” and “Install Now.”

You can also scroll down to view other app options.

  1. Once you’ve installed this app, your basic metrics will be visible on the “Reports and Analytics page.” (you can revisit this page in the future by clicking “Reports” and “Stats”)
  2. Set the desired time period and select desired information.

Sales Tracking

You can view real-time sales tracking using the mobile app. This app sends push notifications to alert you of new orders and payment.

Note: this feature is only available on Ecommerce hosting plans and higher.

To install:

  1. Select the Ecommerce tab from the left menu and open your store.
  2. Select “Mobile.”
  3. Follow the provided steps.

Track sales, manage orders, add and update products all from the mobile app.

Exporting Sales Reports

You can export sales data in CSV format if you prefer to view data this way. To export orders:

  1. Select the Ecommerce tab from the left menu and open your store.
  2. Select “My Sales” and “Orders.”
  3. Use the filter and select the relevant orders.
  4. Click “Mass Update” and “Export Selected.”
  5. Select the desired values delimiter* and columns you would like included.
  6. Select “Download CSV file.”

*Check what delimiter your spreadsheet editor supports to determine the delimiter
