Ecommerce: Offering Payment Methods Based on Shipping

You can offer specific payment methods based on shipping options selected. This gives you the flexibility to tailor how customers pay based on delivery type (e.g. you may want to collect cash upon delivery from local customers to save online processing fees where possible).

To offer an individual payment method:

1. Select the Ecommerce tab from the left menu and open your store.
2. Click on “Payment.”
3. Locate the relevant payment method and click “Edit.”
4. Under “Payment method availability based on shipping choice” select “Limit availability by shipping method.”
5. Choose “Select Methods” and click the relevant shipping methods where you want this to apply. Click “Select.”
6. Save.

Once this is set up, customers will only see the edited payment method if they select a shipping method that you checked.
