Unpublishing Your Site

If you wish to unpublish your site, enter your Dashboard and select the correct site. Then click “Unpublish.” This will take your website offline.

Notes:

• If you plan to temporarily unpublish a site, and you have a store on the site, be aware that the storefront will be automatically suspended when a site is not active for consecutive days. The store suspension reversal is a manual process and may cause delays in restoring storefront functionality.
• When you originally published the site you would have purchased a hosting plan. Unpublishing the site will not cancel (read our cancellation doc) or refund this plan (read our refund policy).
