Ecommerce: Mobile Management App
The built-in ecommerce store lets you use a white labelled mobile app called My e-Shop to manage your store from your phone. This app allows you to manage orders, modify inventory, share products on social, get notifications about orders, and photograph products so you can upload images to the product listing.
Installation
In your store, navigate to “All Sales Channels,” click on mobile, and select “Get The App.” You will see a pop up where you can enter your mobile number to generate your QR Code.
Note: if you receive an error message, click “Close” and this should bring up the pop up.
Next, download this app for your iPhone or Android.
Finally, scan your QR code through the app and continue through to finish set up.
Please note that a QR code can only be used for a single user. To add additional users, you'll need to generate a new QR code for each one.
To do this:
- Click the Mobile tab.
- Scan the QR code with the first phone.
- Close the Mobile tab.
- Re-open the Mobile tab and scan the QR code with the next phone.
- Repeat steps 3-4 for each additional phone.
