Connected Data
This feature allows you to enter content (business info, text, logos, images) into your Content Library and connect it to a variety of widgets. This means you only need to enter and update the information in one location and it will be updated in all instances across your site, ensuring consistency and accuracy, as well as reducing the time spent making manual changes.
Adding Data
To use Connected Data, first add your data into the Content Library. Select the Content section from the sidebar menu.
Here you can add various pieces of information (read more about managing imported content), including information that can be used for the Connected Data feature (contact info, text, logos, and images). The following areas can be used with Connected Data.
In order to connect data, it must include a label and content. The label is the unique identifier of the specific data and the content is the actual data itself (text, image, etc.).
Note: some content library sections have predefined labels.
