Prevent Pages from Indexing (no index)

For best SEO practices, all site pages should be able to be found by search engines (i.e. indexed). But if there are certain pages that you want to hide from search engines, you can do this in the site editor.

Click Pages in the side menu, locate the relevant page, click the gear icon, and select “SEO”.

Toggle on the “Set page to no index” option to instruct search engines to not index the page.

Note: this will only block the specific page; you will need to repeat this process for any page you don’t want to be indexed.

Prevent Your Whole Site From Indexing

You also have the ability to set the entire site to no-index, which will prevent all pages on a site from being crawled by search engines.

To do this, click SEO & SETTINGS > SEO in the side menu and toggle the "Set entire site to no index" option.

Note: Setting an entire site to no index will prevent your site from appearing in search results. Because of this, we only recommend using this feature in very specific situations when it is necessary.
